Marland is a successful special school for students with behavioural, emotional and/or social difficulties (BESD).  We require a talented leader/manager with a proven track record of working with students who exhibit challenging behaviour.  This person will play a key role in establishing and managing temporary offsite educational day provision (likely to be based in Bideford).  This will act as an interim arrangement* over the next 2+ years to cover the construction phase of the new Secondary Day BESD Centre in Barnstaple.  The successful applicant will also be a member of the overall Marland management team and assist with the future development of the substantive ‘Centre’.
